I have recently started working with Nikos after receiving a diagnosis of vestibular migraine and FND.
He is professional, kind and intuitive.
It's been an interesting process so far, and hard work.
However, I put my trust in Nikos, and have made more progress in a short time than I thought was possible.
I genuinely feel lucky to have found him!

My partner suffered a stroke 7 years ago which meant she was no-longer able to use of her right arm and leg and was unable to speak, initially physiotherapy was provided by the NHS this ended in 2021 with her only regaining limited function/mobility and speech. We continued to work together through-out to try and improve her physical function and speech, attending privately funded physiotherapy sessions until last year when it became difficult to get appointments.
I then read about a person that offered home neuro physiotherapy, I contacted Nikos who visited, assessed how the recovery was progressing and made immediate suggestions how improvements could be made. Nikos has visited for a number of weeks now, he is punctual, start’s the session’s immediately on arrival, and is encourage/motivating my partner to push herself further each visit. We feel he has made a significant difference to both her physical mobility and is teaching us methods to help to improve her speech. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nikos to others who find themselves in a similar situation.

After a terrifying 3 months during which my partner suffered a number of seizures, she lost much of the use of her right arm and her right leg was considerably weakened.
NHS told us we could not expect physio thro them for 9 months due to waiting lists. They passed on details of this site and thankfully we found Nikos. It is hard to explain the difference he has made. We were both in shock and terrified by what had happened. When I rang him he sensed the panic in my voice and arranged to come over and do an assessment that day. He was kind and reassuring but also practical and honest about what could be achieved. After he left we both knew we’d found gold!
Nikos has been working with Maggie for two weeks now and the progress has been unbelievable. She is able to do so much more. Yesterday morning she held my hand and lifted it. Last night she walked through the village to meet up with friends. Nikos is giving us our life back. He is challenging, encouraging sometimes unorthodox but always caring and kind. I truly believe we were guided to him.
If you need someone who will really make a difference, who will reassure, motivate, guide and challenge and be there with you every step of the way then I urge you to contact Nikos. He has been a positive beacon of hope in our darkest moments.
Thank you Nikos.

We have recently started working with Nikos. As a family we were feeling disheartened by the lack of support available to our brother for his condition but thankfully we found Nikos. Our brother was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year and has had extensive treatment which has impaired the left side of his body. We were told by consultants and hospital staff that he would not be able to sit but within the first session he had with Nikos he was able to sit up.
Nikos has a truly unique approach that is both challenging and rewarding. At each session he makes our brother achieve another goal which is extremely motivating and provides him with the positivity that he has failed to get from anyone else during his illness.
Nikos involves the whole family and we all feel a bit more confident and empowered to help our brother in between each session. We are so grateful to have found a physiotherapist with such a strong belief in helping people to heal themselves

Nikos came into my parents lives around a month ago. Mum had major heart surgery during which she suffered a stroke and dad has Parkinson’s which is rapidly getting worse.
Nikos comes to their home to treat them. He is making such a difference to them both mentally and physically, they look forward to his visits and practice the exercises between visits.
Nikos is trustworthy, incredibly kind, practical and so encouraging. I cannot believe the difference he is making to them both. They both have the confidence to push themselves that little bit more and I have no doubt Nikos is giving them longevity and quality back in their lives.
A total delight and I’m so glad we found him. Throughly recommend him to anyone that needs help.
Whilst the exercises are hard, the outcome makes it all worthwhile.
18 months ago, Dad, who was 80 then, was fit, active and loving retirement at their home in Spain, but then had a catastrophic stroke.
He was totally paralysed on the left side of his body and we did not think he would survive the effects of the stroke as he could not swallow anything, even liquids.
After 5 months of the Spanish care system and after a huge mission involving our whole family, we bought my parents back to the UK and Dad continued in the NHS system for his physio. After only a few months Physios here said they could not do anything for him as the paralysis was permanent and withdrew the minimal physiotherapy he had been having.
We found Nikos via a conversation with our GP and Dad has improved hugely under Nikos’ care. Dad’s mental agility is returning and he can now instigate a conversation and chat with us again. Nikos challenges Dad mentally during his visits, chatting about subjects that push Dad’s mind and memory, while also working on him to push his many physical limitations, which is improving his core strength and overall well being. Nikos is keeping the areas mostly affected by the stroke supple and mobile which not only helps Dad’s circulation, it is starting to strengthen his core area, which we thought would not recover at all. This will help Dad to keep his balance while sitting and also protect him from further chest infections, as he should now be strong enough to cough more effectively.
Niko’s works in such a way that Dad gets huge enjoyment from his visits, while also working incredibly hard. I cannot thank Nikos enough for all the knowledge he brings, and which is bringing Dad back to us a little more each week.
Nikos was head of physio in my father's rehabilitation facility, out of desperation the family contacted him. Nikos spoke in detail with the Patient, family, care home, commissioners & GP, reviewing all the care notes.
My father has not returned to the hospital since the start of the provision, is out of bed daily, assisted correctly by care staff, goes on trips, attends family meals, and sees his grandchildren regularly.
In my view, Niko’s expertise/ genius is matched only by his compassion and kindness.
There is a deep part of me that can not repay what he has done for our family and I will be eternally grateful for meeting him. I truly hope he can change your life like he has ours.
