Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Brain Injury Physiotherapy, we acknowledge that unexpected events may occur in our patients’ lives. However, to ensure fair access to appointments for all patients and the smooth running of our services, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation guidelines:
- 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions: A 24-hour minimum notice rule applies. Full fees will be charged for late cancellations or missed sessions, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- Our Commitment: Thank you for your understanding, as this policy ensures that all patients have the opportunity to receive the care they need.
